RayCochraneCountry Real Estate brings over 25 years expertise in the residential, investment and commercial Toronto Real Estate market. Ray's team consists of sales representatives and a senior administrative assistant who all have extensive knowledge and experience in the Toronto Real Estate Market.
Each individual brings unique skills and expertise to the market such as investment properties, working with buyers & sellers, investors and builders in both the residential and commercial areas. Together, they have a wealth of knowledge with their 30 year+ experience working in the Toronto Real Estate market.

To know Ray Cochrane is to know the best of the best! Ray has been a very successful Real Estate Agent for over 30 years starting back in 1987 with Family Trust at Kingston Road and Victoria Park for two years before joining ReMax Hallmark on Queen in 1989 which he is still currently with today.
Throughout his career, Ray has received numerous awards and distinctions that recognize and are confirmation of his success. For 12 years in a row, Ray has been a consecutive member of the ReMax 100% Club which recognizes the top 1% of agents in North America, was elected to the ReMax Hall of Fame in 1997; held title of #1 Selling Agent at ReMax in the E06 area from 1990-2012 and was 31 in the number of houses sold in all real estate offices in 1999 – 2016. RayCochraneCountry has also made ReMax Top 100 Teams in Canada from 2011 – 2015. Ray has also held title of “#1 Agent in E06 (Birch Cliff) from 2002 – 2016.
Ray grew up in E06 district, went to school at Birch Cliff and Birchmount and lives here today with his wife, 2 kids and dog. As a result, Ray especially has a unique, thorough understanding of the Birch Cliff and surrounding areas and knows its properties well in residential, commercial and investment.
Ray has a humbleness about him that comes from years of experience in the Toronto Real Estate market. Ray goes about his business in a quiet and unassuming way, most of which are repeat business and referrals. Meri Vasilevski
Administrative Assistant
Meri is an experienced Administrative Assistant who has been a part of the Ray Cochrane team since November 2007. She is an asset to the team with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Meri is known for her warm and welcoming demeanour, which makes her a crucial part of the team's success. She is the go-to person for clients, lawyers, and brokers, and her efficiency and attention to detail ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Meri is considered the “face of Cochrane Country” and is vital in holding the fast-paced real estate industry together. She is always ready to help and has extensive knowledge about the industry, allowing her to answer clients' questions quickly. Meri's dedication to her work is evident in her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that every client is satisfied.
Meri is a Scarborough native from Cliffside Village who has lived there her whole life. She is passionate about her community and enjoys interacting with the locals. Meri also manages Ray Cochrane Country's social media accounts, such as Facebook and Twitter. She keeps the accounts up-to-date and current, ensuring that clients are always informed about the latest listings and promotions.
In addition to managing social media, Meri helps prepare ads and promotional materials, follows up with clients, lawyers, and brokers, submits listings and changes to the MLS system, coordinates documents, and performs many other administrative duties required by the team. Brian McIntyre

Brian's Real Estate career began by joining the Ray Cochrane Team as a Sales Representative. What better way to prosper in a highly competitive market than becoming part of a renowned, award winning company.
Having lived in Scarborough all his life, one of Brian's biggest assets is his extensive knowledge and love for the neighbourhood he calls “HOME”. The always “on the go” nature of the industry has allowed Brian to get to know his community even better, everyday exploring a new pocket, from The Beach to The Bluffs, and all places in between.
Real estate has provided Brian a way to combine his passion for new and ever changing experiences; with his desire to help others see their real estate dreams become reality.
